Formação Académica: Doutoramento em Desenho pela Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Barcelona, com a tese  intitulada “Desenho - Interacções e extensões no processo, projecto e obra artística. Caso de estudo William Kentridge”, Dezembro 2011. A tese foi galardoada com o Premi Extraordinari de doctorat pela Universidade de Barcelona, 2013. Mestrado em Theatre Design pela Slade School of Fine Arts, University College of London, 1998. Licenciatura em Artes Plásticas _ Pintura  pela Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto, 1993. Estudos liceais na Escola Soares dos Reis, 1987.
Actividade Pedagógica: Professora Auxiliar na Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto nas Unidades Curriculares de Desenho 1 e Desenho 2. Foi Regente da Unidade Curricular de Desenho 2 no período entre Setembro a Abril do ano lectivo 2014_2015. Leccionou na Escola Superior Artística do Porto, 1998_2001 e na Escola das Artes da Universidade Católica, 1999_2001.
Actividade Científica: Investigadora no Centro de Estudos de Arquitectura e Urbanismo no grupo Arquitectura: Teoria, Projecto, História _ATPH, desde 2012. Coordenadora do projecto de investigação “A Colecção de Desenhos . Escola de Arquitectura do Porto”, o qual integra as actividades satélite: Aulas de Autor; Experiência do Desenho_Open House Porto; Doisdiasemeio e AsSALTO.
Publicações: Publicação de livro com base na tese de doutoramento (no prelo). Capítulo em Livro Internacional Art and Technology, Dezembro 2016, entre outros.
Mobilidade Docente: Desenvolveu Mobilidade Docente,  no âmbito do programa Erasmus Dream Mundus no departamento de Arquitectura do Instituto Superior Politécnico da Universidade Eduardo dos Santos, Angola, Setembro 2016.


Academic background: PhD in Drawing from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona, with a thesis entitled: “Drawing – Interactions and extensions, project and artistic work. Case study William Kentridge”, December 2011. The thesis received an award as the most outstanding PhD thesis from the University of Barcelona, 2013. Master´s in Theatre design at the Slade School of Fine Arts, UCL 1998. Degree in Fine Arts and Painting in the Fine Arts Faculty of the University of Porto, 1993. Secondary School certificate from the Soares dos Reis School, 1987.
Teaching Experience: Assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture in the University of Porto for the curricular Units of Drawing 1 and 2. Was responsible of the Curricular Unit of Drawing 2 between September and April of the academic year 2014–2015. Lectured in the Escola Superior Artística do Porto 1998-2001 and in Escola das Artes in Catholic University, 1999-2000.
Scientific Research: Research in the Centro de Estudos de Arquitectura e Urbanismo in the group Architecture, Theory, Project, History – ATPH since, 2012. Coordinator of the research project “ The Collection of Drawings . Architecture School of Porto”, which integrates satellite activities: Aulas de Autor, Experiência do Desenho – Open House Porto, Dois Dias e Meio and AsSALTO.
